Friends and Senior Supporters,
Have you heard about the new senior community that is being built in your community!
Hartford Memorial Baptist Church (HMBC) and Presbyterian Villages of Michigan (PVM) have collaborated in building a senior living community in Northwest Detroit on Meyers Road called “Hartford Village”.
Presbyterian Villages of Michigan (PVM) has a long successful history of providing premier senior housing and managing various market types, from HUD to Market Rate properties. We also provide service-enriched senior housing, including assisted living, enhanced living, Alzheimer’s, and skilled nursing facilities. PVM has seven developments in the City of Detroit and 26 Villages state-wide.
This all-faith based senior living community of Hartford Village will consist of 39 pristine Independent Living Ranch – Style Cottages (First in Detroit) and 45 beautiful apartment units. It will provide 24 hour on-site surveillance security, as well an emergency alert system in each unit, barrier-free units, washer & dryers, balconies, transportation, wellness programs and many additional amenities.
We believe in Detroit and have designed this convenient community for those who want security, freedom, companionship and amenities in a stimulating environment.
Let’s take our city back one person, one community at a time. I look forward to speaking to you directly in the near future.
